The New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) has selected our project for practical application of an electron gun using our LaB6 nanowire electron source as a recipient of the “NEDO Entrepreneurs Program (NEP)” grant for fiscal 2022. This will accelerate the practical application of nanotechnology that will raise the performance of electron microscopes to the next generation level.
